Wanted: Possible ‘HVD Mob’ member with a ‘YDYD’ tattoo facing attempted murder charges

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) -In this week’s Cuyahoga’s Most Wanted, authorities are looking for a Shaker Heights man who may be a member of the “HVD Mob,” a gang known to the area of Harvard Avenue on Cleveland’s east side.

According to Crime Stoppers of Cuyahoga County, Jaron Goods was allegedly part of a group that broke into a home with guns while the residents were sleeping, and threatened to kill them if they answered the door for police.

“HVD Mob” members are often seen wearing jewelry or tattoos with the initials “YDYD” which apparently stands for, “You diss, you die.”

Goods is also alleged to have been trafficking and dealing meth and fentanyl.

For the armed burglary case many of Goods’ co-defendants have already been arrested and are awaiting trial.

Goods’ eventual capture will move those cases forward in the court system.

  • Felonious assault (firearm specification)
  • Attempted murder (firearm specification)
  • Aggravated robbery (firearm specification)
  • Discharge of firearm on or near prohibited premises (firearm specification)
  • Aggravated burglary x3 (firearm specification)
  • Abduction x2 (firearm specification)
  • Trafficking offense (firearm specification)
  • Drug possession (firearm specification)
  • Possession of Criminal Tools
