Crash on I-71 south beyond Turnpike halts traffic for miles

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - A crash on I-71 south just beyond the Ohio Turnpike forced traffic to come to a standstill at 3:30 p.m. on Sept. 19.
The left three lanes were blocked, which caused four miles of stop-and-go traffic and over 30 minute delays.
The crash site was cleared by 4:30 p.m..
The cause of the crash and number of vehicles involved is unknown at this time.
