I-71 SB in Medina County reopens after serious crash

MEDINA COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) - The Ohio State Highway Patrol says two people were hurt Thursday morning in a serious crash Interstate 71.
It happened around 9:47 a.m. in the southbound lanes of I-71 beyond State Route 18.
Troopers say life flight helicopters took two occupants to a local hospital with serious injuries.
There was a shut down that lasted about one hour.
Troopers say the crash is still under investigation.
